Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders and pre-orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or text. Luxtrice Hair Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, lost packages, or stolen packages.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost & Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, Luxtrice Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international orders.
